We human beings are really complicated animals. We can talk,smile as well as cry.we can express different kinds of moods,such as happy, sorrow, angry and upset. They always change in ourselves.

The important for us to control and adapt your mood. Laughing too fiercely ,especially being deeply sorrow is not good for our boby or our life.And here are some suggestions for you .Firstly, if you are in low mood , you can try to go out and have a walk. Secondly, thinking of your happy memory in your life . Third, listening to the music you like should be helpful. Last but not least, don't burden yourself as possible as you can usually.
